Blagojevich Jury's Request For Closing Argument Denied

(Chicago, IL) -- A federal judge has denied a jury's request to review the closing arguments prosecutors made during Rod Blagojevich's trial. U.S. District Judge James Zagel says jurors can't have the transcript because it's not evidence in the former Illinois governor's trial. Zagel did say Blagojevich's indictment did go back with the jury but is complicated to read. Blagojevich is accused of allegedly trying to sell President Obama's former U.S. Senate seat.
