(Undated) -- Michael Lohan's been told to "cease and desist" by at least one of the women in his life. TMZ.com reports that the showbiz patriarch has received a letter from attorneys for his former fiancee, Kate Major. In it, Major's attorneys address topless photos of Major which have hit the Internet, alleging that Lohan had a role in putting them there. The missive reads, quote, "We have recently become aware that you are illegally selling or offering for sale one or more nude photographs of Ms. Major to kikster LLC and other websites." Major's legal team further asserts that Kate didn't know that the pictures in question were being taken. Michael Lohan has insisted that the nude pictures were stolen.
Major and Lohan are currently squaring off over charges that Lohan harassed Major during their relationship. Michael Lohan is due in court for arraignment on the charges on August 18th.
